Tracking and refund timings

Once you request the return of an available certificate (by clicking the red Return button on your order), the request must be processed by our administration team.

To check the progress of your refund:

  1. Enter the details of the original order.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom section "Refund History".
  3. There you will see the amount to be refunded and the current status of the request:
  • 🟠 Pending: We are reviewing and processing the request.
  • 🟢 Completed: The return has been approved and processed through Paddle (our payment processor). The money will be automatically sent to your original payment method. Important note: The refund can take between 3 and 5 business days to reflect in your bank account or card, depending on your bank.
  • 🔴 Rejected: The return has been denied (usually due to exceeding the 14 calendar days timeframe from purchase or because you already started the issuance process).
