What data should I enter in the "Applicant Data" section?

The emission form requires the data of the person in whose name the final certificate will be issued (the Applicant).

• If you are requesting the certificate for yourself, fill in your real data.
• If you are a Manager filling out this form on behalf of your client, enter the final applicant's personal data, not your manager data.
