What exact permissions does a Manager have?

A manager is the person to whom you delegate the management of your certificates. They act as a technician in charge of preparing documentation, but never for the use of an issued certificate.

What they CAN do:

  • View certificates in draft status.
  • Fill in data and attach necessary documents for issuance (always using the actual holder's information).
  • Invite other people as managers of those same certificates.
  • Download the certificate once issued to deliver it to the holder.

What they CANNOT do:

  • Usage delegation: They cannot use a certificate that has already been issued to another person.
  • Financial privacy: They cannot see your invoices or payment data.
  • Economic management: They cannot purchase new certificates or request refunds.
