What is Video Identification and why is it necessary?

The Video Identification (VideoID) is a legal, secure, and completely remote process that allows the Certification Authority to validate that the person requesting the certificate is who they say they are.

To ensure maximum security and comply with current legal regulations, we need to verify your identity using your webcam or mobile phone camera.

During this brief process, you will be asked to show your original physical ID document (ID card, Passport, etc.) to the camera and perform some simple movements to confirm your presence.
