Service Contracting Conditions
The conditions set out below regulate the electronic contracting that will be carried out with the purchase of digital certificates offered on this website, as well as the rights and obligations of each party.
Product Description
You can purchase individual natural person electronic certificates, natural person representing a legal entity, or company electronic seal certificates.
An electronic certificate is like a digital identity card that helps verify who you are online. It works by associating your information, such as your name and ID, to a special key that only you know. This certificate is issued by a qualified registration Authority that verifies your identity before giving it to you.
Electronic Identification, or eID, is a method that allows individuals and companies to prove who they are online using digital means. It is equivalent to showing a physical identity document like a passport or ID card, but electronically. This makes it easier and safer to access services and carry out online transactions.
A natural person certificate allows individuals to authenticate themselves at electronic headquarters and digitally sign documents. It is the electronic format expression of agreement with the content of a document or set of data. A qualified Electronic Signature has the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
A natural person representing a legal entity certificate allows the entity to act at electronic headquarters through its legal representative, as well as digitally signing documents by them, acting on behalf of the entity they represent.
The company electronic seal can be applied to an electronic document to guarantee its origin (the company holding the seal) and its integrity.
Product Price
The prices applicable to each product or service are those indicated on the website at the time of the order. All prices shown in the online store are expressed in Euros (€) excluding VAT (and any other applicable taxes). Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on the territory, taking into account any grounds for tax exemption or territorial specificities.
Delivery and Execution Conditions
Once the payment for the purchased certificates has been made, you will receive a confirmation email and will be able to access your certificates, which will be available in your private area of the website.
From that moment, you may assign, if you wish, certificates to an invited manager and request the issuance of the certificates for yourself or another certificate holder.
Payments and Billing via PADDLE
Payments made on this website are processed through PADDLE.com Market Ltd (PADDLE), an entity acting as Merchant of Record (MoR). This means PADDLE is responsible for managing the payment process, collecting and settling applicable taxes, and issuing the corresponding invoice for the purchase made.
Upon completing the purchase in MY CART, the USER will be redirected to the PADDLE payment gateway where they can formalize the payment for the certificates added to their CART. The charge that will appear on your card or bank statement will be under the name of PADDLE.
PADDLE is the entity responsible for processing the payment, issuing the invoice, calculating and collecting the corresponding taxes, and making refunds when appropriate.
If there is any billing incident, you can process it through our website in My Incidents.
VINTEGRIS, as a qualified trust service provider, is the entity responsible for issuing your certificates, carrying out the identity and attribute validation processes included in the certificate, and granting its approval.
The right of withdrawal and the request for returns can be made by the USER by contacting VINTEGRIS.
All obligations arising from the provision of trust services correspond exclusively to VINTEGRIS.
Video Identification
To issue a certificate, it is necessary to validate the certificate holder's identity. To do this, the interested party must complete the video identification by accessing our video identification platform on nebulaSuite.
The interested party will be redirected to this platform and, before starting the process, will have access to the data protection policy regulating the collection and processing of personal data to be carried out. The interested party must grant prior consent to carry out this remote identity validation process.
The user may repeat this video identification process up to 3 times if they make errors that invalidate the process.
Right of Withdrawal
Once the purchase has been made, when the certificates are at your disposal in the private area of the website, you may exercise your right of withdrawal before VINTEGRIS within a period of 14 calendar days calculated from the date on which the payment was made and the certificates became available.
No justification is required to exercise this right. You can request it by directing your petition through the My Orders - Return option, and we will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 14 days.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the video identification process has already been completed or if any of the purchased certificates have been issued.
Returns
If you wish to return any of the purchased certificates, you must access My Orders in your private area, select the Return option, and the Return Request form will appear. You can make your request indicating the quantity to return and the reason for the return.
You will receive an email with a registration number so you can track your request. Our team will contact you to provide a resolution to your request as soon as possible.
The return can be made provided the certificate has not been activated.
Incidents
If you have any problems with your purchase, invoice, or certificate issuance, you can inform us from your private area in My Incidents, where you will contact the Help and Support Center. Select the type of query you wish to make. If it is related to an order or invoice, you must select the related order number, or if it is a query related to the issuance of a certificate, you must select the certificate type. Once selected, tell us what is happening so we can help you. If the information we provide does not help solve the incident, then open an incident with the support team with a detailed description, screenshots, or documents you wish to provide, and select Open Support Case.
You will receive an email with your request and the incident reference number so you can track it; furthermore, you will be able to access the ticket status, add replies, and, if you consider it, close the incident.
Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy.
The processing of personal data collected in the video identification process is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy to which you will have access before starting this identity validation process.
The processing of personal data collected for billing and payment of the order will be processed exclusively by PADDLE, the data controller of this data. VINTEGRIS does not transfer data to PADDLE, except when requesting a refund of a paid amount processed through VINTEGRIS. PADDLE is a data controller located in the United Kingdom whose regulations guarantee the rights and freedoms of citizens regarding data protection, in accordance with Adequacy Decision (EU) 2021/1772, adopted by the European Commission on June 28, 2021, declaring that the United Kingdom offers an adequate level of data protection under Article 45 of the General Data Protection Regulation. You can access PADDLE's privacy policy on their website.
