These General Terms and Conditions are established in accordance with Spanish law, and in particular with Law 7/98 of April 13 on General Contract Terms, the Civil Code, Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, and other applicable laws and their implementing regulations.
Product Description
You can purchase individual natural person electronic certificates, natural person representing a legal entity, or company electronic seal certificates.
An electronic certificate is like a digital identity card that helps verify who you are online. It works by associating your information, such as your name and ID, to a special key that only you know. This certificate is issued by a qualified registration Authority that verifies your identity before giving it to you.
Electronic Identification, or eID, is a method that allows individuals and companies to prove who they are online using digital means. It is equivalent to showing a physical identity document like a passport or ID card, but electronically. This makes it easier and safer to access services and carry out online transactions.
A natural person certificate allows individuals to authenticate themselves at electronic headquarters and digitally sign documents. It is the electronic format expression of agreement with the content of a document or set of data. A qualified Electronic Signature has the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
A natural person representing a legal entity certificate allows the entity to act at electronic headquarters through its legal representative, as well as digitally signing documents by them, acting on behalf of the entity they represent.
The company electronic seal can be applied to an electronic document to guarantee its origin (the company holding the seal) and its integrity.

Payment processing via Stripe
Payments made on this website are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (“Stripe”), which acts as a payment processing service provider. To complete the transaction, Stripe receives only the information necessary to process the payment and verify that it has been completed successfully.
Upon completing the purchase in MY BASKET, the USER will be redirected to the Stripe payment gateway, should fullfill the fields required and complete the fully process of payment. Under no circumstances does VINTEGRIS transmit payment card details, expiry dates or security codes (CVV) to Stripe. These details are entered directly by the USER within Stripe’s secure environment, in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Responsibility for sales, invoicing and taxes
VINTEGRIS is solely responsible for the sale of digital certificates, the issuing of the corresponding invoice, the calculation and payment of applicable taxes, and the handling of any issues relating to invoicing. All obligations arising from the provision of trust services, as well as the responsibilities associated with the issuance, validity, revocation and use of digital certificates, lie solely and exclusively with VINTEGRIS. Stripe accepts no liability whatsoever with regard to the content, nature, the validity or legal effects of the certificates issued, or the contractual relationship between VINTEGRIS and the USER.
Video Identification
To issue a certificate, it is necessary to validate the certificate holder's identity. To do this, the interested party must complete the video identification by accessing our video identification platform on nebulaSuite.
The interested party will be redirected to this platform and, before starting the process, will have access to the data protection policy regulating the collection and processing of personal data to be carried out. The interested party must grant prior consent to carry out this remote identity validation process, aware that this involves biometric data and that, if stored, the data will not be retained for more than 15 days.
The user may repeat this video identification process up to 3 times if they make errors that invalidate the process. If the user exhausts those three chances due to errors of their own making, they must restart the process by purchasing another video identification process, at which point they will be granted three new chances.
Right of Withdrawal
Once the purchase is made, when the certificates are available in the private area of the website, you may exercise your right of withdrawal with VINTEGRIS within a period of 14 calendar days calculated from the date the payment was made and the certificates became available.
You do not need a justification to exercise this right. You can request it by directing your request through the My Orders - Return option, and we will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 14 days, pursuant to Articles 103 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if any of the purchased certificates have been activated.

You will receive an email with a registration number so you can track your request. Our team will contact you to provide a resolution to your request as soon as possible.
The return can be made provided the certificate has not been activated.
Incidents
If you have any problems with your purchase, invoice, or certificate issuance, you can inform us from your private area in My Incidents, where you will contact the Help and Support Center. Select the type of query you wish to make. If it is related to an order or invoice, you must select the related order number, or if it is a query related to the issuance of a certificate, you must select the certificate type. Once selected, tell us what is happening so we can help you. If the information we provide does not help solve the incident, then open an incident with the support team with a detailed description, screenshots, or documents you wish to provide, and select Open Support Case.
You will receive an email with your request and the incident reference number so you can track it; furthermore, you will be able to access the ticket status, add replies, and, if you consider it, close the incident.
