What happens if I do not remember my password?

The certificate password is not stored on the platform.

If you do not remember the password you created during the download process, it will not be possible to open or install the .p12 or .pfx file. It will also not be possible to recover the password or generate a new copy of the same certificate.

In this case, you must revoke the current certificate due to password loss and request a new one.
