How does it work if the certificate is for someone else?

When you request a certificate where the Holder is someone other than you (for example, a manager processing a director's certificate):

1. Invitation delivery: Instead of opening the camera on your device, the system will send a secure email to the holder (Phase 3).
2. Notification and Requirements: The holder will receive an email informing them of the request in their name and the necessary requirements: they must have their original, valid ID, TIE, or PASSPORT with a photograph ready, as well as their mobile phone, as they will receive a validation code via SMS during the process.
3. Remote recording: By clicking the link in the email, the holder will access the video identification platform to complete their recording independently.
4. Tracking: You can monitor at any time whether the holder has completed the recording from your dashboard. Once finished, the request will automatically move to Phase 4 (RA Validation).
