How do I prove that I am the legal representative (e.g., President)?

Since these types of entities rarely register their positions in the Mercantile Registry, proof of powers is done through private or official documentation of the entity itself.

Normally we will require:

• The original appointment minutes (e.g., the minutes of the Residents' Meeting where the President is appointed).
• Certificate from the Registry of Associations (if applicable).
• Final VAT ID document issued by the Treasury.
• Valid ID card of the representative.
