What happens if I get the "Attention: Device not compatible" message?

This message appears when the platform detects that the device or display settings are not compatible with the certificate download process.

The certificate must be downloaded from a compatible computer. It should not be downloaded from mobile phones or tablets, as these devices may prevent the .p12 or .pfx file from being downloaded correctly.

If you are using a computer

If you are using a desktop or laptop computer and still see this message, check your display settings:

  1. Make sure the browser zoom is set to 100%.
  2. On Windows, also check the display scaling in the system settings. Even if the browser zoom is set to 100%, Windows scaling above 100%, such as 125% or 150%, may cause the platform to interpret the computer as an unsupported device.
  3. Reset the browser zoom using Ctrl + 0 on Windows or Cmd + 0 on Mac.
  4. Refresh the page and start the download process again.

If the problem continues, temporarily set the display scaling to 100% and try again.
