Invoices and payments: Why is the receipt from Paddle and how do I add my VAT ID?

When you make a purchase on our platform, you will notice that the credit card charge and the initial invoice are issued by Paddle.com.

Paddle is our Merchant of Record (official payment provider). They securely process the transaction, apply the correct local taxes (VAT) for your country, and generate the legal invoice on our behalf.

How do I modify the invoice to put it in my company's name?

In the purchase confirmation email you receive from Paddle, or by accessing the receipt from your Order details on our platform, you will find a button to "Add company details" or "Enter VAT ID".

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Due to strict international tax regulations, the system only allows you to modify the invoice details ONCE. Please ensure you type your company name, address, and VAT ID correctly before saving. Once modified, the document is permanently locked and we will not be able to reissue it.
