How to complete Video Identification if I am the applicant?

If you are requesting the certificate for yourself, Phase 3 starts automatically after completing the documentation. Follow these steps:

1. Preparation: Before submitting the Phase 2 form, make sure you have your physical (original) ID, TIE, or PASSPORT ready. The document must be valid and contain a photograph. Keep your mobile phone nearby: you will receive a validation code via SMS.
2. Access: Upon confirming your data, the system will redirect you directly to the secure recording environment.
3. Recording: Follow the visual instructions. You will need to show your document and follow brief voice or movement prompts.
4. Completion: Once the process is successfully finished, you will return to our portal, and your request will move to Phase 4 (RA Validation) to be reviewed by our technicians.
