How do I get my certificate?

Once our Registration Authority team has validated and approved your request, you will receive an email confirming that your certificate is ready to download.

To obtain it, follow these steps:

1. Open the secure link included in the email.
2. Verify your identity by entering the code you will receive by SMS on your mobile phone.
3. Create the certificate password when the platform asks you to do so. This password will be required later to install the certificate.
4. Download the certificate file in .p12 or .pfx format.

Your browser must allow automatic file downloads. If the download does not start automatically, a link will appear so you can download the certificate manually.

Do not close the browser until you have checked that the certificate file has been correctly downloaded to your downloads folder.

For security reasons, the certificate can only be downloaded once. Once the issuance process has finished, the owner will be able to decide whether to publish it or not.
