How to process an order return?

To return a certificate you purchased by mistake:

1. Go to the Orders section.
2. Enter the details of the order.
3. If the certificate is still in the "Not started" status (you haven't started filling in its data), you will see the Return button.
4. By clicking it, the product will move to the Returns tab, where you can track the refund.
