How to assign a certificate to a Manager?

If you need one of your managers to complete the emission process for you, you can assign them a specific certificate directly from the list.

Steps to assign:

  1. Go to My Certificates.
  2. Locate the desired certificate. Important: You can only assign certificates that are in the Not started (Draft) state.
  3. Click the blue Assign Manager button on the right side of the row.
  4. Select the manager from the dropdown and save.

💡 Note: If the dropdown is empty, it means you must first invite the manager from the Managers section of the main menu and wait for them to accept your invitation.
