How to find the certificates I haven't used yet?

If you usually buy multiple certificates or volume packages, you might not remember which ones are still free.

To quickly locate your available balance:

1. Go to the My Certificates section.
2. Click on the Filter icon (funnel) in the table header.
3. Filter by Status: "Not started".

This will show you all the blank certificates that originated from your orders and are ready for you to assign an applicant or a manager.
