To speed up the resolution of your queries, tickets on our platform are linked directly to the affected operation:
- If you have an issue with a certificate, the ticket links to its technical file.
- If the issue is billing-related, it will be linked to the affected order.
This allows our team to have all the necessary context to help you without unnecessary delays as soon as they receive your query.
