Step-by-step guide: From purchase to emission

The process of obtaining a certificate consists of two main steps:

1. Buy: You purchase the product from the catalog. As soon as payment is confirmed, the system automatically generates your certificates in Draft status.
2. Request Emission: From the 'My Certificates' section, you click to start the request, fill in the holder's details, and provide the required documentation to begin the technical process.
