How does my certificate progress? (Phases and Statuses)

The process of obtaining a certificate is divided into 5 sequential Phases. You can see where you are by checking the 'Current Phase' column in your list:

1. Purchase: You have acquired the product and the system generated the draft.
2. Documentation: You must fill in the holder's details and attach the required legal documents.
3. Video Identification: Identity verification process using your camera.
4. Validation (RA): Our Registration Authority manually reviews that all your documentation and video are correct.
5. Issuance / Download: The certificate has been generated and is ready to be installed.

The status colors

Within each phase, you will see a colored badge indicating exactly what is happening:

• 🔵 In progress / Pending: We are waiting for you to take an action (e.g., upload a PDF) or the system is processing it.
• 🟡 Retry: A temporary failure occurred (for example, the video was blurry or the connection dropped). You can try again.
• 🔴 Locked: A critical error occurred or the Registration Authority rejected your request for not meeting the requirements. You will need to open a support ticket.
• 🟢 Completed / Available: You have successfully passed that phase and moved on to the next one, or your certificate is ready to download.
