How to request a certificate emission?

After purchasing (Phase 1), your certificates will be in draft status. To finally obtain them, you must complete the issuance process consisting of the following stages:

  1. Documentation (Phase 2): Enter the certificate details, click Request Emission, and fill in the holder's information while attaching the necessary documents (ID, deeds, etc.).
  2. Video Identification (Phase 3): After submitting the data, you must complete the identity verification process via video through our secure platform.
  3. RA Validation (Phase 4): Our Registration Authority team will review that the documents and identity are correct. You will receive a notification with the result.
  4. Issuance and Download (Phase 5): Once approved, the certificate will be officially generated and you can download it to start using it.
