I requested a return by mistake, can I cancel it?

Yes! If you changed your mind or clicked the button by mistake, you can recover your certificates immediately, as long as our team hasn't processed the return yet.

Steps to cancel:

1. Enter the details of the return in Pending status.
2. In the top right corner, you will see a button called "Cancel Return".
3. Upon confirmation, the request will be marked as canceled, and those certificate units will automatically become available again in your original order for you to start their issuance whenever you want.
