What do I do if my return appears as "Rejected"?

If the status of your request appears in red as Rejected, it means it does not comply with our refund policy.

To know the exact reason, click on View details for that return. If our support team has left a technical explanation, you will see a new block appear at the bottom of the screen called "Support Response" with the administrator's notes.

Remember that the most common cause for rejection is trying to return a certificate after the natural 14 days from purchase.
