Considerations when uploading documents

If the technical profile of your certificate requires documentation, you will see the file upload field at the end of the form.

• Format: The most common formats are accepted (PDF, JPG, PNG).
• Multiple files: You can select and upload multiple files at once.
• Quality: Make sure the photos or scans (especially of the ID) have good lighting and do not cut off the edges. Poor quality is the main cause of rejection by the validation team.
