Order Options: Return and Linked Certificates

Inside the Order detail screen, you will find two key tools:

• Return: Allows you to request a financial refund for the purchase. It will only be available if none of the certificates in the order have started their issuance process.
• Linked Certificates: You will see a table with all the certificates that the system automatically generated upon confirming the payment of this order, so you know exactly what status each one is in.
