What notary powers are valid to request it?

The applicant (future certificate holder) must be a representative of the company registered in the Mercantile Registry.

We accept:

• Sole or joint administrators.
• Joint administrators (will require the signature or agreement of the other administrators according to the bylaws).
• General Proxies with broad representation powers that are not limited economically or by areas.
• Special Proxies, provided their deeds clearly specify the power to request digital certificates.
