Product Description
This certificate is issued to legal representatives or administrators of entities WITH legal personality (such as LLCs or Corporations). It allows representatives to interact with different Administrations or formalize commercial actions by electronically identifying the company.

Issuance Process

This is the most critical certificate for any commercial company (Limited Liability Companies, Public Limited Companies).
It is strictly mandatory to interact with Public Administrations on behalf of the company:
- Filing tax models (VAT, Income Tax, Corporate Tax) with the Tax Agency.
- Registering or deregistering workers with Social Security.
- Receiving mandatory electronic notifications (DEHú).
- Signing contracts or participating in public tenders.
The applicant (future certificate holder) must be a representative of the company registered in the Mercantile Registry.
We accept:
- Sole or joint administrators.
- Joint administrators (will require the signature or agreement of the other administrators according to the bylaws).
- General Proxies with broad representation powers that are not limited economically or by areas.
- Special Proxies, provided their deeds clearly specify the power to request digital certificates.
Yes. The same company (same VAT ID) can have several active Representative certificates at the same time, as long as they are in the name of different natural persons (i.e., different proxies).
What we do not recommend is sharing the same file and password among several partners, since the digital signature carries the same legal responsibility as a handwritten signature, and it would be impossible to deny who executed the action.
If the administrator or proxy listed on the certificate ceases their position in the company, it is the responsibility and obligation of the society to revoke that certificate immediately.
The certificate contains the data of that person linked to the position. For the new administrator, it will be necessary to purchase a completely new certificate, going through the identification and validation process of the new notary deeds again.
