Issuance Process
- Buy the certificate.
- Start the process of the certificate request by entering your personal data.
- Make the video identification. Make sure you have your ID nearby.
- Our Operators check the data* and proceed to approve the request.
- You receive an email to issue and download the certificate.

Required documentation
- Spanish ID Card (DNI, TIE) or Passport (Requested at the Video Identification)
- NIF of the Company
- Company certificate, according to which the applicant belongs to the company to which it is linked, signed by a legal representative or general attorney of the Entity issued during the 20 calendar days prior to the date of presentation.

The Corporate Employee Certificate includes two identities in the same file: the employee's personal data and the data of the company they work for.
Unlike the representative certificate, the employee does not sign on behalf of the company (they do not have notary powers); instead, they sign in a personal capacity but proving that they are linked to that specific organization.
Since it links a person to a company, the application must be signed and endorsed by the Legal Representative of the company (e.g., the Sole Director) or the Human Resources manager with sufficient powers.
During the documentation process, we will request a signed corporate authorization document.
It is the company's responsibility to immediately revoke the certificate the moment the employment relationship is terminated.
If the former employee uses the certificate after leaving the company, the business could face legal issues, as the document would still demonstrate an active relationship.
It is very common in large companies or hospitals.
