Why is there no "New Return" button?

If you are on the My Returns screen, you will notice there is no button to start a new request. This is by design for security reasons.
To request a refund, you must go to the My Orders section, find the exact order where you made the purchase, and click the Return button next to the desired product.
This My Returns section serves exclusively as a Tracking Center to view the status of requests you have already created.
