Issuance Process
- Buy the certificate.
- Start the process of the certificate request by entering your personal data.
- Make the video identification. Make sure you have your ID nearby.
- Our Operators check the data* and proceed to approve the request.
- You receive an email to issue and download the certificate.

The key difference is who executes the signature.
The Representative certificate is used by a natural person (human) to sign minutes, taxes, or contracts. In contrast, the Company Seal is designed for automated systems (servers or software) to sign documents unattended, without human intervention.
Its main use is to streamline high-volume bureaucracy in companies:
- Electronic invoicing: Automatically signing thousands of PDF invoices before sending them to customers (e.g., e-invoice).
- Payrolls: Sealing the salary receipts of the human resources staff.
- Receipts and vouchers: Any proof that must carry the authenticity of the company in an automated way.
No. The Company Seal does not have the data of a legal representative (natural person) attached. If you try to use it to log into the Electronic Office of the Tax Agency or Social Security to file VAT or Corporate taxes, the system will reject it. For those procedures, you need a Representative Certificate.
Although the certificate is for a server or automatic system, the request must be made and signed by a legal representative of the company.
We will ask for:
- The final VAT ID of the entity.
- The company's articles of incorporation.
- The deeds of empowerment of the applicant (to prove they have the power to request this Seal).
- The valid identity document of the representative.
